Job Summary:

We are seeking a Shop Operations Manager to join our team atour Omaha, Nebraska location. This position is responsible for performingmaintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and heavy equipment. This is a 2nd shiftposition, typically working the hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm (half hour lunch). Overtime opportunities may be available based on the business needs of theshop.

Shop Operations Manager Duties:

• Prepares work orders
• Manages asset maintenance
• Coordinates shop duties and third-party vendorrepairs
• Assists mechanics with services and repairs
• Provides training and development to mechanics
• Other duties as assigned
