Shop Operations Coordinator Think Loud Studios | York, PA | Full-Time, On-Site Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, with salary conversion eligible at 90 days based on performance. Plus performance bonuses tied to shop growth and operational output.

We run TikTok Shops for in-house brands like Brumby Brew, Rocqua Skincare, and Vault Quest out of a 53,000 sq ft live commerce facility. We're a certified TikTok Shop Partner with CAP and TAP credentials, and we're scaling fast.

We need the person who keeps the engine running while the rest of the team is on camera, on calls, or building the next shop.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Creator and Affiliate Operations
• Onboard new creators and walk them through expectations, content guidelines, and product details
• Respond to inbound creator applications and manage sample requests
• Maintain creator records, track performance, and support outreach campaigns

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

• Have 1 to 3 years in operations, customer support, marketing coordination, or e-commerce
• Write a clean creator email or customer reply without supervision
• Live in CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
• Are curious about TikTok Shop, creators, and DTC. Bonus if you've worked in or around them
• Move fast without dropping the details
• Can clear 50 emails and update a CRM without losing momentum
• Are local to York, PA or willing to commute. This is on-site, every day

NICE TO HAVE

• TikTok Shop, Shopify, or e-commerce platform experience
• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, ElevenLabs)
• Light spreadsheet and reporting chops
• Background in customer support, community management, creator coordination, or content management
