Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, machine shop, or similar hands-on environment.
• Working knowledge of common hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including basic technical directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move materials using a pallet jack, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Experience with 3D printing or operating a forklift is a plus.
• A dependable, organized approach to work and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work day or evening shifts and occasionally assist with coverage across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to shop personnel with assembly, fabrication, and general operational tasks.
• Check tools and equipment for visible issues and notify the appropriate team member when maintenance is needed.
• Help unload deliveries and organize incoming materials, components, and supplies.
• Gather tools and materials needed for scheduled jobs and keep items readily accessible.
• Maintain an orderly shop by keeping workstations, storage areas, and walkways clear.
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
• Help coordinate the movement of materials and support shipping and receiving activities.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and complete assignments according to team priorities.

This position pays: $28 – $30
