Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on company equipment, including heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and develop solutions to resolve them.
• Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to apprentice and junior mechanics, promoting safe and efficient practices.

As a key member of our Equipment division, the Mechanic will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective use of company resources.

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience training or developing less experienced technicians or mechanics preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using equipment maintenance or repair software preferred
