Job summary

Frontier Environmental Services is seeking skilled Shop Mechanics to keep our fleet running at its best. You’ll diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fuel systems on heavy trucks, trailers, and construction equipment in a modern, well-equipped shop.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED (experience may substitute).
• 2+ years mechanic experience with heavy trucks or construction equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Your own tools suitable for heavy equipment work.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check.
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, etc.)

Work Environment

Indoor/outdoor shop work in all weather. Regular lifting (50+ lbs.), bending, kneeling, climbing, and exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
