Qualifications

• A-Level / Master Technician experience is required.
• Must have at least 10 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Proven ability to manage or run a shop is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day shop operations.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs.
• Lead and manage technicians and workflow.
• Ensure quality control and efficient turnaround.
• Oversee parts ordering and inventory.
• Maintain shop standards, safety, and cleanliness.

Skills

A-Level / Master Technician experience

10+ years professional automotive repair experience

Proven ability to manage or run a shop

Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, HVAC, drivability, engine, transmission)
