Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising manufacturing shop floors.
• Experience leading a production team of 15+ staff.
• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Proficient with MES and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and allocate resources to meet targets.
• Enforce safety and quality control across the shop floor.
• Develop and manage production staff including reviews and training.
• Optimize workflows and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory; coordinate with procurement and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
