You will recruit and train crew, schedule, manage inventory, monitor shop finances, and drive customer service excellence. Earn up to $55k+ yearly with base pay plus bonus opportunities; full-time; benefits include health, vision, dental, and 401(k) company match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• No experience is necessary—PAID TRAINING provided.
