CAVAL Cabinetry is seeking an experienced and hands-on Shop Manager to oversee daily production operations within a growing cabinetry manufacturing company.

Responsibilities include supervising daily shop production, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality and safety. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, forklift experience, and strong leadership to guide a hands-on team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a production or manufacturing team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Cabinetry manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
