The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, works well in a team, and takes pride in producing quality craftsmanship. This on-site role requires lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cabinet shop, woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely operate power tools and woodworking equipment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws, edgebanders, drill presses, and other shop equipment.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Cut, machine, assemble, and prepare cabinet components according to specifications.
  • Install hardware, drawer slides, hinges, and other cabinet accessories.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment as assigned.
  • Load and unload materials and finished products.
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling.
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cabinet Shop Employee to join our team.
