Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of shop mechanics and technicians.
• Prioritize, assign, and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Inspections.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory, schedule services, and manage shop workflows.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency
• Communicate with dispatch and operations to keep equipment running smoothly
