Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs clean up duties and routine maintenance at shop and offices.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, weed eating and cleaning flowerbeds.
• Monitors and reports all safety‑related issues as related to the shop area or any location where maintenance is being performed.
• Pick up and deliver parts.
• Attendance required according to company attendance policy to ensure crew is able to operate at normal proficiency level.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE use.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are normally Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Must have the ability to quickly respond appropriately to unexpected events.
