About the role:

As a Shop Helper, you will assist others in the shop and receive training on multiple skillsets. You will support all classifications of Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance.

You will report to the Fabrication Supervisor and be located at Newington, NH. This role is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform basic work assigned by the supervisor or team coordinator to support all classifications.
2. Ensure the safe use of equipment and materials.
3. React to and report safety concerns with ARC.
4. Perform work promptly.
5. Take responsibility for work quality once trained.
6. Practice proper housekeeping, observe safety procedures, and complete all Atlas training.
7. Perform some heavy lifting (up to 25 lbs), pulling, and twisting.
8. Perform general tasks including cleaning offices, common areas, restrooms, and kitchens with approved cleaners.
9. Provide vendor escorting.

Qualifications:
