Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team right here in the heart of Louisiana? Staffmark is partnering with a leading door manufacturing company in Lafayette to find a motivated Shop Helper. If you have at least one year of carpentry experience and are ready to grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $14.00 per hour

As a Shop Helper, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production. Responsibilities include:

• Assembling doors using hand tools, including nail guns


• Measuring materials accurately using a tape measure


• Assisting with inventory and maintaining an organized shop floor


• Performing quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards


• Lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs) as needed

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of carpentry experience


• Basic forklift experience preferred


• Comfortable using hand tools and a nail gun


• Strong attention to detail and ability to read measurements accurately


• Ability to thrive in a physically active and fast-paced environment
