What does it look like to be a Store Associate? You'll:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and finding items.
• Perform cashiering and customer service duties.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumables to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory management, including stocking, counts, and checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and outside grounds.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Close registers, balance cash, and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and serve hot food items where applicable.
• Assist with fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment like?

• Primarily working inside retail stores.
• Occasional work around fuel pumps, vehicles, parking lots, and outside grounds.
• Work may be in hot or cold environments.

Physical Demands:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Move freely inside and outside the store.
• Climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
