Job summary

EnerStaff LLC is seeking a Shop Helper in Houston, TX for a temp-to-hire position. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an ASAP start.

Pay is $15 per hour, and the job requires keeping work areas clean and organized, loading/unloading materials, and operating equipment. The ideal candidate will drive company vehicles as needed, follow all OSHA safety rules, wear PPE, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• OSHA and company safety rules; PPE compliance required.
• Steel toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Keep floors, work areas, and storage yards clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and tools from delivery trucks.
• Drive equipment and company vehicles.
• Clean, degrease, and pressure-wash tools, machinery, and parts before or after use.
• Sandblast parts and equipment; sandblasting experience preferred.
• Restock supplies and track tool check-ins and check-outs.
• Perform yard maintenance tasks.

Pay: $15/ hour

Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Start: ASAP

• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and tools from delivery trucks.

• Sandblast parts and equipment, experience with sandblasting preferred
