Ragle Inc. is seeking an experienced Shop Heavy Equipment Mechanic II to join our Fort Worth, TX team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy construction equipment to keep operations safe and productive.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong diesel, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with CAT SIS and CAT ET. This full-time shop position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills involving diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical circuits.
Experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy equipment to ensure reliability.
Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
Maintain accurate service records and repair reports.
Coordinate with shop leadership to prioritize repairs and ensure equipment availability.
