Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. seeks a Shop Foreman to supervise employees repairing and maintaining rental equipment and to coordinate workload for maximum efficiency. You will advise on technician skills, direct daily operations, and ensure quality repairs in a fast-growing North American rental business.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, customer service, and collaboration across departments, with competitive training and benefits available to eligible employees.

Competenze

• Trade school or college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience within Rental Industry or similar.
• Proven customer relations and communications skills.
• Basic computer skills to enter data into a terminal or PC.
• Methods, materials and tools to repair and maintain rental equipment.
• Proven safety record.

Mansioni

• Instruct, assist and train service technicians in equipment repair and safety.
• Perform inspections of completed repairs to ensure quality.
• Improve operations and reduce turnaround times.
• Coordinate with other areas to provide quality customer service.
• Direct service technicians and yard staff in daily operations.
• Schedule service and maintenance and coordinate breakdown responses.
• Monitor equipment repairs against customer accounts or profit centers.
• Assist in training, planning, and directing work; address conflicts.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
