Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Shop Foreman to supervise technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining rental equipment. You will coordinate workloads for maximum efficiency and advise on training needs to ensure quality repairs.

The role requires leadership, a valid driver's license, and 5+ years of mechanical experience in the rental industry, with a focus on safety and customer service. Competitive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Supervisory experience in a maintenance or service department.
• 5+ years of mechanical experience in rental or related industries.
• Proven customer relations and communications skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry in terminals/PCs.
• Knowledge of repair tools, materials, and testing methods.
• Proven safety record and safe work practices.

Mansioni

• Instruct, assist and train service technicians in best practices of equipment repair and safety.
• Inspect completed repairs for quality and thoroughness.
• Improve operations to decrease turnaround times and streamline processes.
• Coordinate with other areas to provide seamless customer service.
• Direct service technicians and yard staff in daily operations.
• Schedule maintenance and repair work across workshop and customer sites; coordinate breakdown responses.
