Senior Master Technician

Are you a Ford Senior Master technician ready to trade the wrench for a computer? We're looking for a seasoned, skilled and passionate technician who's ready to step off the line and mentor tomorrows top automotive techs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations of the shop and serve as the go-to technical expert.
• Train, coach, and mentor technicians to uphold Ford Motor Company standards.
• Be customer-facing and handle vehicle concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Personally inspect and diagnose all vehicle comebacks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with service advisors and management to maintain workflow efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements:

• CurrentFord Motor Company certifications.
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Ready to lead with real-world insight and technical mastery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and technical excellence.
• Minimum of 10 years experience
