Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality installations of HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, and hydronic units.
• Ensure systems are installed in compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Work closely with homeowners and team members to deliver a smooth, professional installation experience.
• Inspect and test installed systems to verify functionality and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, ensuring tools and materials are properly managed.
• Communicate any technical or scheduling issues to management proactively.
• Assist with minor service work when necessary.
• Uphold safety protocols and represent the company with professionalism on every job.

Qualifications

• 3 years of field experience in HVAC installation
• EPA 608 certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
