What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support our team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced service environment

• Ensure all repairs are performed efficiently, accurately, and meet dealership standards

• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department for smooth operations

• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians

• Monitor shop workflow and prioritize jobs to maximize productivity

What We’re Looking For:

• ASE-certified technician or equivalent experience (Honda/Acura experience a plus)

• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor others

• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
