Job summary

Wallwork Inc. in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead a team of diesel technicians in a fast-paced service center. You will coach, mentor, and develop technicians while coordinating shop workflow and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Service Advisors and managers to maximize uptime, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on diesel repair background preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service/maintenance team in trucking or related field.
• Ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Basic understanding of heavy-duty truck repair and shop operations.
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• 3 years: Diesel technician experience or equivalent training.
• Drivers License required; CDL preferred.

Shop Foreman – Wallwork Truck Center Grand Forks

The Shop Foreman is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of technicians while supporting the daily operations of the service department. This position is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about coaching others, building team culture, and helping technicians grow in their careers.

Technical knowledge is important, but success in this role is driven by leadership, communication, accountability, and the ability to develop people.
