Structural Steel Foreman – 1st ShiftLocation: Coatesville, PASchedule:Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PMEvery other two-week period: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PMThe alternating 5:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule is expected to continue through at least DecemberOptional Saturday shifts are available every weekPosition OverviewJGM is seeking two hands-on Structural Steel Foremen to lead daily production activities within our Coatesville fabrication facility, specializing in D1.1 structural steel beam and column fabrication. This is a working leadership role focused on coordinating crews, driving production, maintaining workflow, and supporting a strong safety culture throughout the shop.The Foreman will oversee teams that include machine operators, welders, fitters, and material handlers while ensuring work is organized, staged properly, and completed safely and efficiently.
