Job summary

MultiSource Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across precision machining operations in Ramsey, MN. You will work directly on the shop floor with machinists, inspectors, and engineers to tackle complex quality challenges and drive sustainable improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in quality leadership within precision manufacturing, expertise in GD&T and metrology, and a track record of leading NPI/FAI/PPAP and audits to ISO 9001/AS9100

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive quality experience in precision machining or related manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tight tolerances, GD&T, dimensional inspection, and metrology.

Responsibilities

Lead on-shop floor presence with machinists and engineers to resolve quality challenges.
Provide hands-on guidance on machining, inspection, and dimensional quality issues.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and DMAIC.
