Path Robotics is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to help keep machine and fabrication shops stocked and running smoothly. This hands-on role requires proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals who notice what needs attention before others do.

You will support daily shop activities, move parts, and assist in loading/unloading fabrications while ensuring steady workflow and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve forklift operation and reading prints.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, machine and fabrication shops.
• High standards for attention to detail and reliability.
• Supportive, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse/office setting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities for machine and fabrication shops.
• Move parts between departments and stage raw materials with prints.
• Clean and paint finished parts per print; load/unload large fabrications.
• Assist in shop cleanup and monitor coolant levels across machines.
