Path Robotics is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to keep our machine and fabrication shops stocked and running smoothly. This hands-on, highly visible role rewards proactive and dependable teammates who pay close attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.

You will support daily shop activities, move parts, assist with loading/unloading fabrications, and help stage materials to maintain workflow. Prior shop experience and a safety‑minded mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, machine and fabrication shops.
• High standards for attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities for the machine and fabrication shops.
• Move parts between departments.
• Clean and paint finished parts per print.
• Assist in loading/unloading large fabrications in welding cells.
• Complete secondary tasks on machined parts.
• Stage raw material with prints to ensure workflow.
• Fit and tack coupons (T-joints, up coupons).
• Assist in shop clean-up and monitor coolant levels.
