Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of service technicians, assigning work orders by skill level.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to the team.
• Perform final quality checks on repairs.
• Manage shop workflow to ensure timely completion with high quality.
• Communicate status updates and delays to Service Advisors and customers.
• Assist with complex repair orders when needed.
• Maintain organization and inventory control in tool rooms and work areas.
• Participate in daily technician meetings to review priorities and safety.
• Review technician time-off to maintain proper shop coverage.
• Ensure open bays are used efficiently for repairs and productivity.
• Coordinate with parts to ensure parts availability for repairs.
• Ensure warranty punch times and repair documentation meet manufacturer standards.
• Support technicians in updating repair orders in wiADVISOR and dealership systems.
