Job summary

• Experience coordinating between office and shop floor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the daily queue of WOs and SOs and prioritize by ship dates and material availability.
• Serve as the primary contact for Sales; provide status updates and ETA estimates.
• Review inventory requirements and allocate materials to specific jobs.
• Push critical orders through Assembly, Paint, and Testing to meet deadlines.
• Identify shortages or documentation errors and coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Update the ERP system in real time to reflect progress.
• Implement and maintain department policies and standards.
• Communicate across all levels of the organization and support procedures.
