Job summary

ANA is seeking an ERP Administrative Technician to work onsite in Henderson, NV, supporting MES data collection, validation, and close of production orders. You will collaborate with Production and Industrial Engineering to maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central MES tools and drive accurate shop-floor transactions.

The role focuses on production-floor data, KPI tracking, and data governance, with a weekday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Two or more years in manufacturing, production control, shop-floor data collection, or ERP/MES transactions.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and maintain MES data from workstations and production records.
• Maintain data to manage production schedule, WIP location, and KPIs.
• Close Assembly Orders and Production Orders accurately with required details.
• Provide shop-floor support for data-entry issues and questions.
• Train operators and supervisors on MES reporting steps and data expectations.
