Job summary

Alliance North America in Henderson, NV is seeking an ERP Administrative Technician to maintain the MES portion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related shop‑floor tools. This onsite role supports production and industrial engineering in data collection, validation, and close of AOs/POs.

You will collect, verify, and reconcile MES data from workstations and operators, prepare station-level information for daily meetings, and provide first-line shop-floor support while ensuring data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• Two+ years in manufacturing, production control, or shop-floor data collection.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred; other ERP/MES ok.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and maintain MES data from workstations, operators, and shop-floor data collection tools.
• Maintain production data to manage the production schedule, station assignment, and KPIs.
• Prepare accurate, current station-level information for daily production meetings.
• Close Assembly Orders and Production Orders with correct labor, output, and material data.
• Reconcile MES transactions with physical production activity on a regular basis.
• Provide first-line shop-floor support for data-entry issues and system problems.
• Train and coach operators on MES reporting steps and data-entry practices.
• Maintain data-governance and change-control compliance.
