Job summary
Onesource Amusement, LLC in Euless, Texas is seeking a versatile Shop Repair Technician to support in-shop repairs and field installations of gaming equipment. The role requires strong technical ability and willingness to travel.
You will diagnose, repair, and refurbish equipment in the shop, perform on-site installations, and assist with staging machines for deployment. Travel to job sites, including out-of-state assignments, is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience with arcade, vending, gaming, or similar equipment.
- Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, components, voltmeters).
- Previous field service or installation experience.
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and refurbish gaming equipment in the shop.
- Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations.
- Assist with staging and preparing machines for deployment.
- Travel to job sites, including out-of-state assignments as needed.
- Maintain organization of parts, tools, and inventory.
- Document repairs, installs, and work completed.
- Support service team during high-demand periods.
