Job summary

Onesource Amusement, LLC in Tyler, TX, is hiring a hands-on Field Service Technician to repair, install, and maintain arcade and entertainment equipment across the Tyler area.

You’ll diagnose and repair equipment in the field, complete service calls independently, install equipment locally and on occasional out-of-state trips, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and keep tools and vehicle organized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field.
• Complete service calls independently and document work clearly.
• Install equipment locally and during occasional out-of-state trips.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.
