Job summary

Muza Sheet Metal Company is seeking a motivated team member for a Full-Time Shop Fabricator / General Laborer on 2nd Shift in Oshkosh, WI. Starting pay is $19.37/hour plus a $5.00/hour 2nd shift premium, for a total of $24.37/hour.

No experience necessary; training and tools provided to develop sheet metal skills. Typical duties include assisting journeymen, cutting, measuring, bending, assembling sheet metal, and keeping the shop organized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or HSED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Sheet metal experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sheet Metal Journeymen with daily tasks in the shop.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including routine daily upkeep.
• Assist with sheet metal fabrication and panel fabrication processes.
• Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal.
• Operate forklift (training and certification provided if not already certified).

Muza Sheet Metal Company is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated team member to join Team Muza as a Full-Time Shop Fabricator / General Laborer on 2nd Shift. Starting pay is $19.37/hour, plus a $5.00/hour 2nd Shift Premium, for a total of $24.37/hour.

This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the sheet metal industry and develop valuable skills in a professional shop environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

No experience necessary

– training and tools will be provided!

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Sheet Metal Journeymen with daily tasks in the shop
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including routine daily upkeep

• Assist with sheet metal fabrication and panel fabrication processes

• Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal
• Assist with the following duties as needed:
  • Operate Muza company trucks as needed
  • Safely load, strap, and secure trailers for transport
  • Refuel and maintain company vehicles
  • Wash and detail company trucks and work vehicles regularly
  • Operate forklift (training and certification provided if not already certified)

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Sheet Metal experience preferred, but not required
