Muza Sheet Metal Company is seeking a Part-Time Shop Fabricator / General Laborer for a split shift in Oshkosh, WI. Starting pay is $19.37/hour with a $5.00/hour split-shift premium, totaling $24.37/hour.

No experience is required; training and tools provided. Work includes assisting journeymen, fabricating sheet metal, and forklift operations after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or HSED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Sheet metal experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist sheet metal journeymen with daily shop tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Assist with sheet metal fabrication and panel fabrication processes.
• Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal.
• Operate company trucks as needed and support vehicle maintenance.

Job description

Muza Sheet Metal Company is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated team member to join Team Muza as a Part-Time Shop Fabricator / General Laborer on a Split Shift. Starting pay is $19.37 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 per hour split-shift premium, for a total of $24.37 per hour.

This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sheet metal industry and develop valuable skills in a professional shop environment.

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours starting at 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

No experience necessary– training and tools will be provided!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Sheet Metal Journeymen with daily tasks in the shop
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including routine daily upkeep

• Assist with sheet metal fabrication and panel fabrication processes

• Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal
• Assist with the following duties as needed:
  • Operate Muza company trucks as needed
  • Safely load, strap, and secure trailers for transport
  • Refuel and maintain company vehicles
  • Wash and detail company trucks and work vehicles regularly
  • Operate forklift (training and certification provided if not already certified)

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or HSED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Sheet Metal experience preferred, but not required
• Interest in construction
