Job summary

Martin Energy Group (MEG) in Brownstown, PA is expanding its manufacturing capabilities. As a Shop Fabricator, you will help build custom CHP and power-generation systems in our facility, fabricating, fitting, and assembling structural and mechanical components.

You will read drawings, cut, fit, drill, grind, and prepare materials for assembly, weld and fabricate steel, and assemble frames, enclosures, piping components, and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fabrication experience.
• Experience with welding, cutting, fitting, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
• Experience with industrial equipment or structural fabrication preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Martin Energy Group (MEG) is now in Brownstown, PA, operating from a 110,000 sq. ft. facility as we significantly expand our production capabilities. 221 Forney Dr. Ephrata, PA. 17522.

As a Shop Fabricator at Martin Energy Group, you'll help build custom CHP and power-generation systems in our manufacturing facility. You'll fabricate, fit, and assemble structural and mechanical components, turning drawings and materials into finished equipment ready for electrical assembly, testing, and shipment.

You'll:

• Fabricate and assemble components for CHP and power-generation units
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and measurements
• Cut, fit, drill, grind, and prepare materials for assembly
• Weld and fabricate steel and other materials as required
• Assemble frames, supports, enclosures, piping components, and equipment
