Job summary

Brewco Marketing Group is seeking a Shop Laborer to support the Shop Department with fabrication, maintenance, and carpentry work. The role focuses on producing high-quality results and meeting project timelines in a manufacturing environment.

Candidate should have at least two years in maintenance or fabrication, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to travel up to 20% as needed. Proficiency with basic computer tools and job-related software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in maintenance, fabrication, or carpentry.
• Must be able to lift objects at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) for fabrication and repair.
• Operate and maintain metal working equipment (shear, brake, grinder).
• Interpret prints and apply fabrication or welding techniques to projects.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to safety.
• Perform carpentry tasks and use related tools as required.
• Assist shop operations to ensure timely project completion.
