Job summary

Mohegan Golf, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Reservations Associate for the Pro Shop. You will create and process tee times, coordinate with the Starter, and assist customers with golf shop merchandise.

You’ll handle phone inquiries, support tournament play as needed, and help guests in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma, one year golf course experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of the JOANAS Golf Management System are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience at a golf course.
• Working knowledge of the game of golf.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Creates and processes Tee Times for all patrons.
• Coordinates Tee Times with the Starter.
• Assists customers and professional staff in golf shop merchandise sales.
• Handles incoming phone calls.
• Assists patrons in the Golf Pro Shop.
• Assists with tournament play, as needed.
