Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on bucket trucks and aerial lifts.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and component replacements.
• Use technical manuals and schematics to identify issues and complete repairs.
• Document all work according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the service team to meet production and repair timelines.
• Follow all OSHA, ANSI, and company safety standards.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment repair

Willingness to learn hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics and parts manuals

Basic understanding of hand tools and shop equipment

Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace

Forklift operation skills (or willingness to train)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
