Job summary

ALL Aerials, located in Richfield, OH, is seeking an Aerial Lift Service Technician & Mechanic. Hands-on experience with aerial boom and scissor lifts is a big plus, but training may be provided.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits, and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of aerial lifts, with opportunities to advance to Field Technician based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background.
• Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable MVR.
• Willing to learn new computer, electronic and hydraulic systems and remain certified.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair on all makes of aerial boom and scissor lifts.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed.
• Read and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and drawings.
• Interface with service writers, supervisor, parts dept and customers.
• Prepare documentation of actions taken.
• Operate diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
