Job summary

TrailersPlus seeks a Shop Assistant for its Monroe store to inspect, service and repair trailers, install parts and accessories, and process shipments. You will help maintain the facility and grounds while contributing to a fast-paced work culture with a family atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is professional, team-oriented, and demonstrates a service-based mindset to ensure uncompromised customer satisfaction. Monday–Saturday 8:30am–5:30pm; 40 hours weekly with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic tools used for trailer repair is preferred
• Forklift Certification Required (company-paid training)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements

Pay Rate : $17-$18 hour , with commission pay.
