Job summary

TrailersPlus is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Fort Wayne location. You will help in selling and delivering trailers, support the Store Manager with leadership tasks, inspect and repair trailers, and install parts and accessories.

You will generate local leads, receive shipments, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, family-oriented team. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic tools used for trailer repair is preferred.
• Forklift certification required (company-paid training available).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Hours : Tuesday - Saturday | 8:30am - 5:30pm

Pay Rate : $55k - $65k+ per year, with commission pay, and bonus pay.
