Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist to apply selling techniques and develop a client base to drive sales. You will greet customers, provide outstanding service, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities include assisting with floor moves, merchandising, and inventory returns, while staying flexible to work day, evening, weekends, or holidays. Previous retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS register system.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Understand product information, promotions, and advertising.
• Demonstrate salesmanship to achieve sales productivity.
• Assist in store operations, merchandising, cleaning, and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside of role.
