Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will greet customers, understand product information, and apply selling techniques to merchandise while building a loyal client base.

The role includes assisting in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining clean displays, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate the POS system and process information through the computer system.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all interactions.
• Demonstrate solid product knowledge, promotions, tests, and advertising efforts.
