Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist in Gilroy, CA. The role focuses on applying selling techniques to merchandise and developing a client base to drive sales.

You will greet customers, deliver exceptional service, and stay informed on product information, promotions, and advertising efforts. The position requires 1–2 years of retail experience (preferred), strong communication skills, and ability to operate the POS system.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use POS and store computer systems.

• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
