Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist to apply selling techniques to merchandise and build a client base to drive sales. You will deliver exceptional customer service, knowledge of products, and promotional campaigns while maintaining store standards.

The role requires customer-focused skills, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
