Famous Footwear in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate dedicated to delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will create a welcoming environment where customers feel the Famous Feeling and build loyalty to our brands and company.

You will participate in daily operations, engage with customers to recommend best-fit shoes, and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals while upholding store standards and a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with store staff.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Able to work effectively within a team and flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
