Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate in Billings, MT. You will welcome customers, provide shoe recommendations, and uphold the Famous Footwear experience, helping families find the right fit.

You’ll manage daily tasks like pricing, shipments, and inventory, contribute to a positive store culture, and support teammates with a flexible schedule including weekends. We offer employee discounts, day-to-pay options, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
