Job summary

Scheels is seeking a merchandiser to unload freight, stock shelves, and assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting. The role requires physical effort, strong organization, and the ability to work with store teams to present products effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight and tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow the Line Leader checklist and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance with cleaning and organization in store and back stock areas.
