Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking an ELS/Shoe Expeditor Supervisor to lead a team responsible for completing customer orders from the sales floor. You will drive ELS fulfillment best practices and ensure shoes are delivered within the 2-minute goal.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
